Shimura: "I had heard about live-action projects in the past, but this is the first time it has come true, so it was hard for me to realize it. To be honest, I still have a feeling of 'Really? It seems like a dream.'" What kind of existence does the work “Even Though We're Adults” have for you? Shimura: "Perhaps it is because I have been drawing more and more manga while feeling like a parent over the years, I had a strange feeling of being present during my child's rebellious period. It was both cute and annoying..." Please give a message to the fans who are looking forward to the live-action drama. Shimura: "The drama version was carefully produced to be faithful to my original manga and was exquisitely arranged. I hope you will enjoy the parts of the manga that have been recreated, as well as the parts that differ from the manga."
