Magical Girl holoWitches! , a new magical girl-themed mixed-media project with VTubers who belong to the Japanese virtual YouTuber agency hololive, was announced on May 14. The project's official Twitter account has also opened, streaming a teaser trailer that features the six VTubers who will participate in the project, which include: Sakura Miko Houshou Marine Amane Kanata Himemori Luna Sakamata Chloe Murasaki Shion The YouTube video's description describes Magical Girl holoWitches! as "a new type of mixed-media mix project that develops a world view centered on magical girls through anime, manga, streaming, and other content, with the participation of VTubers belonging to hololive." The main trailer and key visual will be revealed on May 16 at 12:10 pm (JST) on hololive's official YouTube channel . Additionally, the manga serialization will begin at the same time as the main trailer is streamed. The 52-page first chapter will be posted on the project's official Twitter account . On the same day at 20:00 (JST), a live stream will be held on Amane Kanata's official YouTube channel with the project's other YouTubers.
