Can you introduce yourself to Crunchyroll’s readers? Jurard T. Rexford: Ciao domo~ I’m Jurard T. Rexford, Holostars English’s one and only dashing and irresistible Prince of the Armis unit! I am a man of many talents and a man wanted by many; it’s a pleasure to meet all of you. Is this OK? I don’t know, I ran out of cool things to put together. Congratulations on your debut! How did you prepare for your first stream? Jurard T. Rexford: Day after day, the idea of debuting never left my mind. I would always rehearse the feelings I wanted to express; the fleeting emotions must always be remembered. I didn't want to lose sight of my vision for what I wanted to achieve. What attracted you to the Vtuber world? What sort of things do you like to stream? Jurard T. Rexford: What attracted me to the Vtuber world is FAME. I want to leave my mark on the world, known as one of — if not — the best out there. But, of course, to get there, I'd have to cultivate my platform with loyal/dedicated fans by involving them in my journey (streams and content). I want to build a community where we can experience this journey together. Not just as a streamer, but as their LEADER, I must do what I can to show them that the path I've set is not just for me but for all of us. Describe your audition. What did you do when you found out you got in? Jurard T. Rexford: Plain and simple — I knew that I was going to get in! I was confident and never really bothered to think about it, MUHAHAHA… or so I thought. They didn’t reach out to me after a few weeks, and I almost cried. I thought at the time they were probably pranking me or something, but a BIG BIGG sigh of relief struck me as soon as I got a notice from them. Hololive just loves to toy with my feelings. How have things been going for you in the three months since your debut? Jurard T. Rexford: 3 months already? ALREADY?? [Expletive] the days are coming by too quickly. Each passing day feels like I only debuted just yesterday. WEIRD. Must’ve been having a lot of fun. I feel no different from the day I debuted — I feel like the world is mine for the taking. Do you have a message for the fans who have stuck with you so far? Jurard T. Rexford: THIS YEAR IS MINE! I say this with absolute certainty for I am destined for greatness. I am the star that will shine brighter like no other. Whether you’re streaming or taking a day off, how do you start your mornings?  Jurard T. Rexford: I start my morning like every young CEO/Entrepreneur out there by doing a morning mindset grindset gym experience. Heh, nothing that complicated honestly. Every day is a hustle if you want to be someone as great as me! Do you have any pre-streaming rituals or habits to prepare? Jurard T. Rexford: I scream. Streaming’s a lot of work! What snacks keep you energized? Jurard T. Rexford: Never really a fan of snacks, I just drink coffee, or you know, a slap in the face also helps. What are you most excited about doing while streaming? Jurard T. Rexford: I love talking. I never stop talking. I always share whatever’s happening in my head just so they would catch a glimpse of my own insanity. What top tips would you give to aspiring Vtubers/streamers?  Jurard T. Rexford: Behold my knowledge and wisdom, future Vtubers/streamers: You all seem to forget one crucial thing in your career — we always start from ZERO. Your content comes FIRST, and then the rest follows along. What’s your relationship with anime like? What does anime mean to you? Jurard T. Rexford: Anime has always been my source of inspiration in life — the good, the bad, and the sad of it all. Every chapter/episode in our lives has one of these elements, and I can't help but relate to it. We're all just one big anime in our own lives, if you think about it. I just have to craft it into a story I can be proud of. I decide how it's going to end. What's your favorite anime of all time? The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.
