Nintendo to Stream The Legend of Zelda Orchestra Concert On February 9
Nintendo has announced that the The Legend of Zelda Orchestra Concert originally planned as part of the canceled Nintendo Live Tokyo 2024 event will be streamed on February 9 via the company's official YouTube channel. RELATED: Nintendo Cancels Live 2024 Tokyo Event Due to Threats In an updated post on the Japanese Nintendo Live Tokyo 2024 page, a new statement was released detailing that despite the cancellation of the event in December 2023, Nintendo received comments and messages requesting that the planned concerts be held, which led to the performances being pre-recorded for later release. The release of The Legend of Zelda concert on YouTube is also being tied into sales of the Nintendo LIVE Tokyo exclusive merch originally meant to be sold at the venue. Sales of the merch will commence as of today on the Japanese My Nintendo Store until February 5, for delivery starting on February 8 in Japan. Beyond Zelda , the Splatoon 3 Deep Cut concert that was also planned as part of Nintendo Live Tokyo 2024 will hit Nintendo's YouTube channel in similar fashion on February 10.
