Toilet-bound Hanako-kun Anime Continues in July 2025

Following the broadcast of Toilet-bound Hanako-kun Season 2's final episode in Japan, the supernatural comedy series' official accounts announced that a new anime sequel will air in the same timeslot from July 2025 . A teaser visual drawn by author AidaIro was also unveiled. Masaki Kitamura directed the first eight episodes of the After-school Hanako-kun spin-off anime, also at studio Lerche. Crunchyroll streams both series in a range of subs and dubs and describes the main story: Kamome Academy is rumored to have many mysteries, the strangest of which involves the mischievous ghost of Hanako-kun. When occult-loving high schooler Nene Yashiro accidentally becomes bonded to him, she uncovers a hidden world of supernatural beings.
