Grisaia: Phantom Trigger TV Anime Premieres on January 1, 2025
The official website for the TV anime Grisaia: Phantom Trigger announced today that the anime is now set to premiere in Japan on January 1, 2025. The site also revealed the anime's opening and ending theme song performers; Mao Usesugi , one of the two vocalists of the anisong unit fripSide 's current phase-3, sings the opening theme "Zero Ignition," while Yoshino Nanjo , who has provided theme songs for the Grisaia series for ten years since 2014, sings the ending theme "Dandelion." Ahead of the TV premiere, the anime's creditless opening movie featuring "Zero Ignition" is now streamed on Frontwing's official YouTube channel . The series was previously released as six-episode OVAs with theatrical screenings and Blu-ray releases. The newest TV anime project was announced back in February 2022 . And it was originally scheduled for premiere in 2024 , but has been delayed for reasons that have not been disclosed. Main voice cast members from the OVA series are confirmed to reprise their roles, including Maaya Uchida as Rena, Ayane Sakura as Tohka, Kaori Nazuka as Christina, and Atsumi Tanezaki as Murasaki.
