The date is set for the final volume of the My Hero Academia manga release in Japan. Following the end of Kohei Horikoshi's series on August 5, volume 42 will wrap things up in collected form on December 4, 2024. The final volume will also include 38 pages of original manga set after the final chapter, according to the series' official X (formerly Twitter) account .
