 WIND BREAKER Stage Play Adaptation Announced
An official website and X (formerly Twitter) account opened today announced that a stage play adaptation of Satoru Nii's WIND BREAKER delinquent action manga is in the works. Go Ueki ( Attack on Titan musical) directs the production, Kaori Miura pens the script and Mush Tanaka provides the music. Performances will run at COOL JAPAN PARK OSAKA on January 3-5, 2025 and at Tokyo's Theater H on January 10-19. Crunchyroll streams the first season in a range of subs and dubs, describing the story like so: Welcome to Furin High School, an institution infamous for its population of brawny brutes who solve every conflict with a show of strength. Some of the students even formed a group, Bofurin, which protects the town.
