The official Twitter for The Colors Within (known as Kimi no Iro in Japan), an upcoming original theatrical anime film directed by Naoko Yamada ( Liz and the Blue Bird ), has announced that the movie won the Best Animation Film Award at the 26th Shanghai International Film Festival in China on June 22. Honor student Kimi has dropped out of school but still pretends to attend for her grandmother's sake.
