Rinkai! Anime Project Now TV Anime Set for Spring 2024

The Rinkai! original anime has confirmed that the project will be a TV anime that will premiere next Spring on Japanese TV networks TOKYO MX and BS Fuji, Fuji TV's companion satellite broadcast network. To celebrate the announcement of its debut as a TV anime next year, a new and updated key visual has been released and can be found below. RELATED: Women's Cycling Project Rinkai! Announces Anime and Manga Adaptations The mixed media project was first announced in March of this year during an event held at the AnimeJapan trade show. The Rinkai! project aims to revive interest in competitive cycling, which was once one of the most popular sports in the country following World War II, but now deals with a much smaller presence in the Japanese sports landscape. The series leads Izumi Ito and Nana Hiratsuka are also featured in the updated key visual above. The series will be produced by  MIXI_ANIME , which will mark their second original anime project (the first being the Masami Obari-directed short for transforming castle-robot project  Oshirobots ).
