My Home Hero Live-Action Film Releases First Trailer, Key Visual
The live-action film adaptation of My Home Hero, based on the manga written by Naoki Yamakawa and illustrated by Masashi Asaki, released the first key visual and trailer for the film today, set to release in Japan on March 8, 2024. The film now serves as the live-action TV drama's finale, which originally premiered in October in Japan. My Home Hero "News Flash" Live-Action Trailer My Home Hero 30-second Live-Action Trailer The live-action drama cast includes  Kuranosuke Sasaki  as Tetsuo Tosu, Naniwa Dashi member  Kyohei Takahashi  as Kyoichi Majima, former first-gen Nogizaka46 member  Asuka Saito  as Reika Tosu,  Tae Kimura  as Kasen Tosu,  Eisaku Yoshida  as Yoshitatsu Matori,  Takuma Otoo  as Kubo,  Yasushi Fuchikami  as Takeda and  Shuichiro Naito  as Nobuto Asatori. Takahiro Aoyama ( The Kaiju Club , Riding a Unicorn ) will direct the film.   Takashi Kamei ( JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind  episode director) directed the  My Home Hero  anime adaptation at studio Tezuka Productions, with series composition by Kohei Kiyasu ( Run with the Wind ), character designs by Masatsune Noguchi ( MEGALOBOX 2: NOMAD  animation director) and music by Kenji Kawai ( Mob Psycho 100 ). Crunchyroll streams the  My Home Hero   anime and describes the series: After killing his daughter’s abusive yakuza boyfriend to save her, ordinary salaryman Tetsuo Tosu becomes embroiled in the dark criminal underworld. The wish for a simple life he and his wife Kasen had for their daughter has been reduced to a wish for survival.
