Eternal Boys Anime Releases Main Trailer for Special Theatrical Episode

 

The Eternal Boys anime franchise released a 30-second main trailer for its forthcoming special episode, "Eternal Boys NEXT STAGE," which will hit theaters in Japan on June 9. This new episode depicts their three new challenges — TV dramas, variety shows, and Japan's national singing show. The trailer also introduces the group's new song "Red Line."

The first two weeks' theatergoers will receive mini colored papers with newly-drawn illustrations by original character designer ma2. 

 

 

Prior to the theatrical screening, an advance screening of Eternal Boys NEXT STAGE will be held at the Shinjuku Piccadilly Theater in Tokyo on June 2 at 18:50 (JST). Three main voice cast members from the anime — Daisuke Hirakawa (Kentaro Sanada), Jun Fukuyama (Haru Asai), and Nozomu Sasaki (Makoto Kakizaki) — will also appear on the stage.

The original TV anime series Eternal Boys, which focused on the activities of an idol group of six men in their forties, aired for 24 episodes from October 2022 to March 2023, with HIDIVE streaming the series.
