Digimon Seekers 25th Anniversary Project Combines the Real World and Digital World
The 25th-anniversary celebrations for the Digimon franchise today with the reveal of yet another new project in the series, one that will span novels, the Digimon Vital Bracelets and trailers that will be both live-action and animated, and named Digimon Seekers.
More trailers are set to be released featuring the new series in the future that will be both animated and live-action.
Digimon Seekers’ story will be focused on 19-year-old codebreaker and lone wolf Eiji Nagasumi and his Digimon partner Loogamon, a brand new Digimon created for this project inspired by previous designs. Eiji is a bit of a rebel who is running from the DigiPolice, who tackles Digimon-related crimes.

Elements of this story will be released through stories released on the Digimon Web site in Japanese, English and Chinese starting from April 3. A Digimon Linker armband and a BEMEMORY Digimon Seekers Loogamon DIM card that works with the Digimon Vital Bracelets will release in May with pre-orders up now for one week.
No anime series for the project was announced.
