Anisong Duo ClariS Performs Madoka Magica TV Anime Opening Theme for THE FIRST TAKE

 

 

In the 249th episode of THE FIRST TAKE, a YouTube channel that delivers one-take performances by artists, anisong duo ClariS performed their second single song "Connect," the opening theme for the 2011 TV anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

 

The song, released in February 2011, has been extremely popular among fans and has a special meaning to both of them, Clara and Karen. Without the masks, the two performed the song in one take with an orchestral arrangement just for THE FIRST TAKE.
