The story takes place on the Mugen Train that Tanjiro and his friends boarded in the TV anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc. You are on the train on a mission as a member of The Demon Slayer Corps, then suddenly fall asleep due to Enmu's Blood Demon Art. When you wake up, you see Tanjiro and the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku, who are also members of The Demon Slayer Corps. Together with Tanjiro and Rengoku, you have to defeat the demons and escape from the Mugen Train.

At the venue, players will actually be handed tickets and will be able to confront the demons with their own Nichirin Swords, creating an experience as if they were actually on board the Mugen Train.
