Dr. STONE - RYUSUI Anime Special Raises the Sails for July 10 with Main Visual and Trailer

It's officially a pirate's life for us next month, as the previously announced Dr. STONE Special Episode – RYUSUI announced in a special livestream today that the seafaring adventure will hit Japanese TV on July 10 before Season 3 comes into port sometime in 2023.

 

The main visual and trailer were also released, alongside the news that the special will be an hour long.

That's only the start of the Dr. STONE summer of scientific fun, though, since a special festival visual and themed goods were also unveiled in the livestream.

 

 

A collaboration with the National Museum of Nature and Science in Tokyo was also revealed, which will include Senku and Gen character audio guides, themed goods and more from June 21 to September 4.

Based on the manga by Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi, Dr. STONE is directed by Shinya Iino (Made in Abyss assistant director) at studio TMS Entertainment, starring Yusuke Kobayashi (Subaru in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) as the genius Senku Ishigami as he reboots civilization thousands of years after its petrification.
