♦️ Story / Synopsis:
In the airship flying to Paris, the vampire Noe' Archiviste met Vanitas: a man who claimed to be a vampire doctor and cured vampires' vampires against their predatory behavior. This mishap is related to the Blue Moon Vampire Vanitas who was originally hated by the Red Moon vampires who constitute the traditional vampire society. Noe' and Vanitas join forces to cure vampires, but the threat from an unknown power called Charlatan threatens who may be responsible for the corrupted and sick vampires.
So in simple words- Noe, a man who seems human firstly in the anime revealed to be a vampire. A world where vampires coexist with humans 🤐. But someone wants to disrupt the peace among the species. Noe and Vanitas set on a journey to protect this peace and find the cure to madness cased by the BOOK OF VANITAS, a book made an outcast vampire child.
He was born in the blue moon light, which is believed to be the worst omen to the normal vampire species. 😓
He was set an outcast as soon he was born. He was pushed away and banished by his own people, so he swore revenge and made a book which will bring doom to the vampires.
So basically, a human picked up the book and gained it's powers and now he calls himself Vanitas.

Episode 1 : In the Event of Rusty Hopes - Vanitas―ラスティ＝ホープスの場合
An airship flying quite high is being boarded by many people, probably rich. The ship is travelling to Paris. Now our Main Character Noe is boarding that ship in hopes of reaching Paris. He encounters a young lady who appears to be sick, she is seeking some specific doctor whom she will meet up with in Paris. Noe helps her carry herself, a young man in black and blue breaks in the ship via windows, ON SUCH HEIGHT!! THIS MAN DOESN'T SEEM NORMAL HUMAN, DOES HE? 😏
THIS IS THE INTODUCTION OF OUR SECOND MAIN- DOCTOR VANITAS.
Noe wants that book from him, etc etc drama and all that slice of life stuff. I WONT BE SPOILING IT NOW.🤣
It sort of follows Vanitas, like, how a single human who can control the power of Vanitas is able to save the entire vampire race of some kind of curse.
But Noe's intentions too doesn't seem noble.(Noe had a monologue in which he says something unpleasant about human Vanitas 😓)

Noe seems childish almost all the time, but when something is concerned with Vanitas and his book, he suddenly becomes more focused and serious like a person who has goal set in his mind. (Now we just need to wait for his "goal" to be mentioned, ⚡although at first it seems simple like just checking out the Vanitas legend.) At the end of episode 1, Noe and Vanitas both are thrown in jail due some circumstances which i wont mention 🙂👍.
Episode 2- In the City of Flowers - Noé―花の都にて―

Here now they get out of jail and venture out in Paris. This shows the stunning visuals in anime. It sure is an eye candy. Few more vampires are introduced now and we are told that vampires and humans had come to an agreement of peace. Supposedly the book of Vanitas threatens that peace. From here on we dig deeper into the main plot of the anime.
I don't want to spoil much because from episode 3, the plot and storyline straightens up. 😂👍

Should I watch Vanitas no Carte anime?
Yes, of course you should watch it. it is really an amazing anime.
You get a great plot an story, the main character is also not like other generic mains who straight up are loud and jump into battle and are dense. Noe is one of a kind main character who serves not the role of being a main an let the story follow him but the serves the purpose of supporting the second main- Vanitas.
We don't usually get this type of duo, do we?
✨Dub or Sub? Only sub is available for now. The voices are great especially the aesthetic gentleman Vanitas voice 😂.
