In continuation of the previous one NARUTO is shown taking a photo for Ninja Registration Form which will cause THE THIRD HOKAGE to retake Naruto, however, refuses it and try persuading the THIRD by SEXY TECHNIQUE. Soon after THIRD's grandson enter wishing to be a HOKAGE. Afterward, KONOHAMARU makes NARUTO angry and assumes to be unharmed as he's the grandson of THE THIRD HOKAGE but NARUTO doesn't seem to care about it and punches KONOHAMARU.

After that NARUTO leaves and EBISU, KONOHAMARU's trainer tell the boy not to let NARUTO bother him, as he is beneath him. He denyingly say them to be HOKAGE, he needs to stick around him. However, during his speech, KONOHAMARU left to follow NARUTO without him noticing. EBISU panics and rushes off to find him.

 Afterward while walking through KONOHAGAKURE, NARUTO gets a company with KONOHAMARU following him trying of being not spotted. However, NARUTO soon realizes this, seeking KONOHAMARU's disguises. Impressed then KONOHAMARU orders NARUTO to train him.KONOHAMARU soon denotes NARUTO as "boss", he accepts. After being trained, KONOHAMARU tells NARUTO that he wants to become HOKAGE to become familiar to people not through the identity of THIRD's grandson but more importantly above.

In continuation at Hokage's office, the THIRD is seen remembering THE FOURTH HOKAGE's by looking at his monument from the rooftop. After IRUKA appears explaining how NARUTO is in the thought that becoming Genin would help, the THIRD tells that people don't change easily. THE THIRD then informing that NARUTO containing the NINETALES FOX spirit within himself, people seem to be afraid that NINETALES can take over the actions and control NARUTO.

EBISU then finds KONOHAMARU and NARUTO and tells him to come with him which KONOHAMARU refuses to. After announcing that he is learning how to beat his grandfather to become Hokage, Konohamaru performs the Sexy Technique. Worried about KONOHAMARU becoming delinquent, EBISU tries to separate KONOHAMARU and NARUTO. Accordingly, NARUTO performs SHADOW CLONE TECHNIQUE to protect KONOHAMARU from EBISU.To battle EBISU, NARUTO uses SHADOW CLONE TECHNIQUE after that EBISU gets surprised by seeing NARUTO and his Clones performing SEXY TECHNIQUE EBISU becomes unconscious and starts bleeding through the NARUTO than explains to KONOHAMARU that there is no easy way to become HOKAGE and one day he has to fight with him too as a rival for THE HOKAGE's title.
